Substrates for printing banners

  • Frontlit - Designed for single-sided printing. It is made of PVC-coated polyester fabric. Very high tear strength. Use as an advertising medium illuminated from the outside (printed side) with daylight or artificial light. Individual strips of frontlit can be joined by welding, creating a surface with dimensions limited only by the strength of the banner's supporting structure or the possibilities of its mounting. • Backlit - is a vinyl material that transmits and disperses light. Designed for "back" lighting, it retains the same visual properties as frontlit during the day. Through appropriate design, you can achieve a day/night effect - i.e. the image seen during the day and at night when the banner is illuminated is supplemented with additional elements. Media for signs and billboards

  • Foamed PVC - has a porous internal structure, making it a fairly light material. If the appropriate thickness is selected for the size of the board, it is also stiff enough. The outer surface of foamed boards is matte and usually has a delicate orange peel texture. They usually do not have UV protection and their surface turns slightly yellow with long-term exposure. Sizes of available boards: 1220 x 3050, 1530 x 3050, 2030 x 3050 (mm).
  • Hardened PVC - has a smooth and shiny surface resembling plexiglass, is UV stabilized (several-year color warranty). Inside it has the same structure as foamed PVC. Sizes of available boards: 1500 x 3000, 1220 x 2440 (mm).
  • Hard PVC - Unlike foamed PVC, the material is solid, without pores (homogeneous)
throughout its cross-section, much stiffer and much heavier, has a UV-stabilized surface (several-year color warranty). Sizes of available boards: 1500 x 3000 (mm).
  • Chambered polypropylene - white (opaque), characterized by high stiffness (comparable to chambered polycarbonate), while having a low specific weight, which facilitates installation and shortens its time. Cellular boards can be used outdoors (they have UV protection). Light, cheap, large - the advantages of cellular polypropylene boards appreciated by the advertising market. Sizes of available boards: 5 mm - 2000 x 3000, 10 mm - 3000 x 6000 (mm).
  • Dibond - Aluminum composite panels consisting of 0.3 mm aluminum sheet cladding and polyethylene filling. They are characterized by a perfectly smooth surface and unprecedented stiffness and relatively low weight in relation to the thickness of the board. The material is very durable, resistant to weather conditions, perfect for both the production of boards and spatial structures. It allows you to create interesting indoor advertising applications (including gadgets). Available thicknesses: 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm. Sizes of available boards: 4000 x 1500 (mm).
