What are advertising wobblers used for?

Kiwaki are mounted to store shelves to promote the displayed goods. Their flexible suspension allows them to bend in any way and return to their original position, thanks to which they do not cause any inconvenience to the store's customers.

How to prepare a graphic design for printing a rectangular advertising kiwak?

The graphic design of the wobbler should be prepared in a size compatible with the model of the ordered product. The mockup for the project and its description are available on the left side of the product configurator. The project ready for printing must be delivered in PDF X-3 format (check the PDF export options in your application). When designing, we recommend keeping margins of at least 3 mm and, in the case of a background other than white, bleed for 2 mm (the format is enlarged by 2 mm on each side).

In the case of an advertising wobbler with a shape other than a rectangle?

The design should be prepared in a size compatible with the ordered product. Prepare the PDF document in such a way that the first page has a kiwak design and the second page has the outline of the finished kiwak pattern. The position of the cut outline on page two should match the design position on page one of the PDF document. Save the print-ready advertising kiwak design in PDF X-3 format. (check export to PDF options in your application).

What to do if you do not have a design for printing a wobbler?

You can order a wobbler design in our printing house. For this purpose, prepare a clear description and high-quality materials that will allow us to perform it efficiently. The deadline for the implementation of the kiwak project is determined individually and is not included in the order completion date given in the product configurator on the printing house's website.

What substrates are used for printing wobblers?

We print shelf kiwaki on high-quality matte 350g or 250g chalked paper, which ensures high stiffness and excellent print quality. With large sizes of kiwaki, e.g. 150x150 mm, due to their weight, it is advisable to use lighter paper - 250g. Long arms may not handle 350g paper weight well. For large and heavy wobblers, there is a choice of rigid aluminum arms. The product configurator available on the printing house's website allows you to quickly check the differences in the price of printing on individual papers.

How are advertising wobblers printed?

As standard, wobblers are printed in the full color Euroscale CMYK palette in high resolution 2400 DPI, which allows you to reproduce photos, inscriptions and graphic signs in the smallest detail. You can order prints in CMYK colors from 100 pieces. Printing in special Pantone colors that allow the use of inks such as gold, silver and others not available in the CMYK palette is available only for large series (tens of thousands of pieces).

What size and shape can an advertising wobbler have?

The configurator on the website of our printing house allows you to order a standard advertising wobbler in a round shape or your own according to your needs. If a different shape is selected, the outline of the pattern should be placed on the other side of the project. When planning the size of the wobbler, take into account its weight resulting from the advertising space and choose a strong arm for it.

What refinements are available in the printing of advertising wobblers?

To enhance the appearance of the shelf kiwak, you can choose from a number of options to enhance its appearance.

• Matt / gloss / soft touch lamination

What is the deadline and the price of printed advertising wobblers?

The product configurator available on the printing house's website quickly calculates the completion date and price of the product. You can choose between two delivery times: standard or express. We invite you to contact the printing house to negotiate an individual order completion date for printing wobblers, if necessary.
