What is the use of self-adhesive warranty seals?

Security stickers are widely used in many industries. Computers, mobile phones, all electronic equipment, casinos, hypermarkets, counters, tickets, betting equipment, fixed assets, wherever you need protection against unauthorized opening, use or even replacement of equipment. Thanks to the guarantee seals you will avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses. Warranty seals can have any shape and size, so you can easily adjust them to your needs.

What substrates are used to print warranty labels?

Guarantee self-adhesive seals are printed on a special foil which cannot be completely removed after sticking and drying. Any attempt to remove the seal causes the foil to crumble and prevents it from sticking again without a visible trace. The foil that we use does not conduct electricity, therefore they are successfully glued directly to electronic boards

How are the warranty seals printed?

Printing takes place in black or color palette in high resolution 2400 DPI, which allows you to reproduce photos, inscriptions and graphic signs in the smallest detail. The printing takes place in sheets, so we also deliver ready-made seals on A4 or A3 sheets. Notching the surface of the foil allows you to conveniently peel off stickers looking after the piece.

What size and shape can a warranty label have?

The configurator on the printing house's website allows you to order warranty seals in any size and shape. Labels can be rectangular with straight or round corners, and also have a different shape according to the customer's needs.

What are the possibilities of unique marking of warranty labels?

Each security sticker / seal may have a different code for record keeping purposes. The numbering may be sequential, e.g., from 0001 to 1000, digital or in the form of a bar code. Self-adhesive seals can also be marked in an unusual way, e.g. alphanumeric. In this case, it is required to provide an XLS file containing individual codes in the first column of the row below the row.

What is the deadline for printing stickers?

The product configurator available on the printing house's website quickly calculates the completion date and price of the product. You can choose between two delivery times: standard or express. We invite you to contact the printing house in order to negotiate an individual order fulfillment date for printing labels if necessary.

How to prepare a graphic design for printing a rectangular guarantee seal?

The graphic design of the sticker should be prepared in a size compatible with the model of the ordered product. The mockup for the project and its description are available on the left side of the product configurator. When designing, the margins should be at least 1 mm and, in the case of a background other than white, a bleed of 2 mm (format increased by 2 mm on each side). Deliver the print-ready design in PDF X-3 format (check PDF export options in your application).

How to prepare a graphic design for printing warranty seals in a shape other than a rectangle?

The design should be prepared in a size compatible with the ordered product. Prepare the PDF document in such a way that the seal design is on the first page , and the seal shape outline is on the second page . The position of the cutting contour on the second page should correspond to the position of the seal on the first page of the PDF document. Provide a print-ready warranty seal design in PDF X-3 format. (check export to PDF options in your application)

What to do if you do not have your own warranty seal for printing?

You can order the seal design in our printing house and select it from ready-made templates available in the product configurator. For this purpose, prepare a clear description and materials that will allow us to perform it efficiently. The date of the label design is set individually and is not included in the order fulfillment date specified in the product configurator on the printing house's website.
