Based on Article. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 and art. 14 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/56 / EC (hereinafter: "GDPR" ) applied from May 25, 2018, we inform you about the method and purpose for which we process your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data"), as well as about your rights related to data protection.

1. Who is responsible for data processing and who can you contact?

2. Why, why and on what legal basis do we process your data?

All data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and Polish data protection regulations. We do this because we complete:

  • obligations arising from the performance of the contract and we take steps at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),

What does it mean?

a. The data is processed in order to perform the activities, conclude or perform the contract, in connection with which they were transferred, for example, for the implementation of the order or order, establishing relationships under an agency contract, brokerage, cooperation or other commercial contract, depending on the circumstances.

b. The data is processed in order to perform activities performed at the client's request before or in connection with the conclusion of the contract. For example, performing a calculation or responding to a received RFP.

c. To perform the contract service and issue a VAT invoice, it is necessary to provide the following data:

  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Company tax identification number
  • Surname and first name of the ordering party;
  • Address for shipping products;
  • e-mail adress;
  • contact telephone number.

d. All personal data provided during the ordering process are used only to shape, conclude, amend or terminate the Agreement between the CONTRACTOR and the ORDERING PARTY and to perform the Sales Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services or to perform the order and are not made available to other institutions or third parties - except for those described in point e.

e. In the case of sale of products through the INTERNET STORE in order to deliver products to the ORDERING PARTY, personal data necessary to address and deliver the parcel are provided to companies professionally engaged in delivering parcels - in particular courier companies - along with entrusting the parcel for delivery, and in the case of using the direct payment system on-line - the administrator of the payment system.

f. The CONTRACTING PARTY uses the Google Analytics system to track traffic on its website. To disable tracking of your movements on our website, please use the following device: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

f. We do not process your data for marketing purposes.

In addition, it is important that:

  • we process data, if necessary, for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). We do this, for example, when we process the data of persons acting on behalf of clients and contractors, to ensure IT security of the CONTRACTOR, among others to pursue claims and defend against claims.

The consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing by the CONTRACTOR:

until the consent is withdrawn or in circumstances in which the CONTRACTOR processes the data on a basis other than your consent.

3. Who can we transfer the data to?

The data may be made available to other recipients in order to perform the contract with you, in order to fulfill the legal obligation of the CONTRACTOR, based on your consent or for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the administrator or a third party. Recipients may in particular be: authorized employees of the CONTRACTOR and other persons acting under their authority.
The data is also transferred to entities processing data at the request of the CONTRACTOR and persons acting under their authority, where such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the CONTRACTOR and only in accordance with the CONTRACTOR's instructions and subject to professional and insurance secrecy (i.e. special obligations to protect information resulting from relevant legal provisions).

The group of entities performing tasks on behalf of and for the CONTRACTOR include entities providing services, in particular, in the field of banking, IT, debt collection, legal, insurance (including insurance brokerage), agency and brokerage activities.

4. Will your data be sent to a third country (outside the European Union)?


We do not transfer data to recipients in countries outside the European Union ("third countries").

5. How long will your data be processed (stored)?

Your data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing indicated in point. 2, i.e .:

  • in terms of the implementation of the contract concluded with the CONTRACTOR - until its completion, and after that time for the period required by law or for the implementation of any claims,

  • in the scope of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the CONTRACTOR in connection with the conduct of business and the implementation of concluded contracts - until these obligations are fulfilled by the CONTRACTOR.

  • until the legally justified interests of the CONTRACTOR, which constitute the basis for this processing, are fulfilled or until you object to such processing, unless there are legitimate grounds for further data processing.

  • in practice, this means a period of 5 years for the execution of orders and orders, and 1 year for responses to an inquiry. These periods may be extended in particularly justified cases.

6. What rights do you have for the data to be adequately protected?

You have the right to:

  • access to your data, as well as the possibility of rectifying it, limiting its processing or deleting it,

  • withdraw your consent at any time to the processing of data to the extent to which this consent relates, with the proviso that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,

  • request the transfer of the data provided to the CONTRACTOR by you, processed in order to conclude and perform the contract or processed on the basis of consent. The transfer consists in receiving your data from the Administrator in a commonly used machine-readable format and the right to send it to another data administrator, if technically possible. The right does not apply to data that are the Administrator's business secret,

  • submit a complaint to the supervisory body, which in the Republic of Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions, including the GDPR.

In addition, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of data by the CONTRACTOR:

  • for reasons related to your particular situation, when the CONTRACTING PARTY processes data for purposes arising from legitimate interests (Article 21 (1) of the GDPR)

7. Are you required to provide data?

To the extent that the processing of your data takes place in order to perform the requested activities or conclude and perform the contract with the CONTRACTOR, providing your data is a condition for the performance of the requested activities or the conclusion of this contract. Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to perform the requested activities or to conclude and perform the contract with the CONTRACTOR. If you do not provide the CONTRACTOR with the necessary information or documents, the CONTRACTOR will not be able to carry out the requested activities or conclude and perform contracts and provide services.

8. Where do we obtain your data from and what are their categories?

  • Most of the data processed by the CONTRACTING PARTY comes directly from the CONTRACTING PARTY.

  • Some data - this applies to entrepreneurs - are also obtained from other public sources, i.e. from: the National Court Register, the Central Register of Economic Activity, the Central Statistical Office or similar sources located in other countries and from private entities specializing in collecting and sharing information about entrepreneurs.

  • In the case of data of persons representing entrepreneurs or acting on their behalf in a different way, we obtain data both from the above-mentioned sources and from the entrepreneurs themselves.

9. We do not use automatic processing of personal data, in particular profiling.
