DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER
- We deliver to the European Union and Great Britain.
- Shipments of ordered goods are delivered via a courier company or forwarding on wooden pallets.
- Shipments can be monitored using the carrier's website.
- The shipment number can be obtained through the customer panel on the Printhub.pl website or by clicking and entering the e-mail address used during registration.
- The goods are packed in new gray multi-layer cardboard boxes without company prints
- Cardboard boxes are wrapped with a layer of black "stretch" foil to ensure safety.
Courier work
- The printing house has no influence on the work of courier companies and is not responsible for it.
- The courier is not obliged to carry heavy parcels upstairs. Prepare for pickup.
- If access to your address is difficult/impossible or the address description is insufficient, the courier may not deliver the parcel.
- If delivery to your address is impossible, you will be forced to collect the goods from the courier's warehouse or the goods will be sent back at your expense.
Receiving delivery
- Check the packaging for damage (torn, repaired or replaced) and whether it looks different than the description above.
- Check whether the number of packages on the consignment note matches the number of packages delivered.
If something is not correct, you should request that a complaint protocol be written in the presence of the courier, take detailed photos of the packages and goods, and inform the printing house immediately by writing to the e-mail address: info@printhub.eu
Documentation is necessary to enforce reimbursement for losses incurred as a result of damage to goods.
