DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER

Shipments with the ordered goods are delivered via UPS and can be monitored using the website http://www.ups.com/content/pl/pl/index.jsx . The tracking number can be obtained through the customer panel on the Printhub.pl website.

The goods are packed in new, three-layer, gray cardboard boxes without printing to ensure the safety of the goods and anonymity for intermediaries.

When collecting the parcel from the courier, check:

• The packaging is not damaged (torn or repaired) and does not look different than indicated in the description above.
• Check that the number of packages on the waybill agrees with the number of packages delivered.

If something is not correct, request a complaint protocol in the presence of the courier and inform the printing house about it immediately by writing to the following e-mail: info@printhub.pl, providing the number of the consignment note.
