Mark the file type to inform the system what mockup to apply.

 

We accept designs for printing in the following formats: PDF (max. file size 300 Megabytes)

 

Charging procedure:

  1. If you have placed more than 1 order - select the order for which you are uploading the file from the selection list
  2. Drag and drop the PDF file onto the green frame or click the + button and select files to upload.
  3. Mark the uploaded files with a selection from the list in the "File type" column

    for 1 or 2 sided works:

    mark : front, back or set (pdf document containing all pages).

    for multi-sided works with a cover (books, etc.)
    mark : cover, center, set (pdf document containing cover and center).

  4. If you do not mark the pages, the preview will not be prepared.
  5. Once the previews are ready, you will receive an email with a link to the preview.
  6. After checking the previews , confirm the project with the " Start production " button.
  7. Track the progress of your order via the customer panel or status (providing the email address used during registration).

 

The preview is incorrect?

  1. Enter the file loader again by clicking "Load" in " Orders"
  2. Delete the bad file by clicking the " red X icon " .
  3. Reupload the revised project and mark up the pages.
  4. Please wait for previews.

 

Why doesn't the preview appear?

  1. We do not create previews for large-format advertisements such as banners, signs, roll-ups
  2. You did not mark "file type" with a selection from the list when the PDF file was loaded.
  3. Interruption of the preview system
  4. Complicated work that requires more time
  5. Faulty file

 

The file takes a long time to load?

  1. The file is too large, exceeds the allowed size of 300 megabytes.
  2. Send the file using wetransfer.com

 

Preview quality

  • The resolution of the previews is lowered to speed up the system.
  • The quality of the print will match the quality of the file that was delivered.
